Gorgeous blue and white lace vintage prom dress. Side zipper. Velvet waist band Needs cleaning. My drunk ass ripped the lace at the back of the dress during the New England Shake Up. I wore this dress twice, it still has so much life left to it if only you know how to repair lace. Bust is 35 inches Waist is 26 inches. Hips are free.
