Beautiful 3D Fabric Embroidered Jacket

Honestly I am not sure what the technical name of this particular type of detailing is, but I love it! It is so pretty. There are strips of a black and white patterned fabric sewn in swirls all over this jacket. There is some minor discoloration on the cuffs (pictured) but it is hardly noticeable.
