Beautifully made from a boutique in PA that offers custom, high quality dresses. Worn once. Perfect for flower girl, easter, any special occasion! Tulle is beautifully finished on the bottom with pink thread, one layer is missing a small amount of thread but it’s not noticeable since there’s so many layers but price reflects the missing thread.
