Beautiful Alfani fern print belted sheath dress

This is a beautiful Alfani belted sheath dress in perfect condition, only worn twice. It’s a size 2, but would fit up to a 4. It has a black and cream fern print, beautiful button detail at neck and on the belt at back. Belt is attached. I wore this dress last year, but it doesn’t fit now that I have breast implants. I truly love this dress though. It might be my favorite thing I own (I’ve actually been looking for it in a 4 or 6 on Poshmark, now that the 2 doesn’t fit!)
