Beautiful August Max Skirt

Very lightweight skirt with a fun wrap style look! Well hidden elastic on both sides has ruffles/pleating allowing this piece to move freely, yet comfortably! Classic design with a brown and black pattern. Length- 23" Width- 17" I took all measurements with the skirt laying completely flat, and not stretching the elastic at all.
