Beautiful Byer Too Black Sparkle Evening Cocktail Dress. The straps are like a cord material. This is such a beautiful dress. It flows soo nicely. It's a juniors size medium. It has been worn only a few times and kept in a garment bag to protect from anything. :). It doesn't fit me anymore but I know it will be fantastic to someone out there! 🌹
