Beautiful Black and White Skirt

Skirt is really cute. Never worn. Smoke-free/pet-free home. Top layer is cotton and an embroidered lace design. Underneath is a built-in slip (see photo). Waist is an elastic cotton/spandex mix. It will fit from 24 inches to 28 inches. Skirt is 20 inches long and is all cotton. The tag indicates it can be washed in the machine on a cold cycle.
