Beautiful Blue Sequin Formal

A gorgeous, comfortable dress. Worn once for a beauty pageant. There is a slit as seen in picture 4 and the bottom part of the dress is somewhat transparent. This bottom layer can be removed to make a wrap and leave the remainder as a cocktail dress. The tag will say medium, but this dress has been altered to fit a size 0 or 1. It's about 52 inches long and well padded in the bust. Strapless with a back zipper. D
