Beautiful Blue and White Dress

Oh this dress, it’s been my fav...I’ve worn it to a couple of events and for pictures with my babies and sister. It’s just so pretty! Now it’s time to pass it on for someone else to enjoy. It does have some small marks towards the bottom that I tried to capture, but it’s not noticeable when you’re wearing it. It’s lined and a little higher in the front than the back, although still hits me at the shins (I’m 5’4, 125 for reference). Would be So cute with booties and a jean jacket!
