@davisk062004 hi - the tightest part of the dress was right underneath the bust but it's definitely not unbearable- it's got a little stretch to it .. I can try to measure a little later today for u if that helps

@davisk062004 so sorry - I couldn't find my measuring tape but I kit measured with a ribbon and ruler and i measure 28 inches all around at the part where the dress is the tightest (right under the bust)
