Beautiful Boutique Dress Size 4

This was worn once for a photo shoot. Would be great for a dressy occasion or for a wedding (flower girl, etc.). It is in great condition but there is a small 3/4inch rip on the outer layer of the tulle (near the bottom green leaf). Please see the last picture. There are two layers of tulle so it is not easy to notice when worn. The price reflects this rip. The top part of the dress is velvety and the bottom half is tulle but there is an inner layer so that it is not itchy.
