Beautiful Brazilian Amethyst Slice D

Here is the story and reasoning behind my price: There is a man in Brazil who cuts and polishes these. It's all he does and now he's teaching his grandson since it's getting harder for him to do. There is a guy here in St. Louis that buys ALL these slices and sells them at the local rock/gem shows that only happens a few times a year. It's not easy to get a hold of these. I've looked online and there are some similar but not the same. Now, I am a rockhound and love all of these and think they are each beautiful and unique(some have better color, some bigger crystals, some look like a lightning storm over the plains) They are polished on the front and rough on the back and edges. D has smaller crystals but great color and even a few flashes of rainbow. ( I think the lower part looks like a stormy sky over a landscape) Height: 1.5-2 inches Length: 4 inches Width: .5 inches P.S. Don't leave amethyst in the sunlight, the uv will fade the color.
