jbandler9 @kla2012 theres a little bit of poof. not much. im not sure if it is from the disney store or not. it's very old. there is no hoop skirt :)

jbandler9 @kla2012 you're welcome!! im not sure if you could put a skirt under, im assuming it depends on how it fits the person who is going to be wearing it (if it's a bit loose there could be room to add a skirt). and the quality is good, in my personal opinion. it's hard to judge because i haven't worn it in years :)
