Beautiful Cocktail dress

Formal dress with a neck collar and zip up in the back. High end quality, and comfortable. The main layer is a little shorter than the flowy outer layer. Very beautiful and was barely worn. Nice for parties and gatherings. Fit a size 4 because the fabric is stretchy.
