This dress is very comfortable and does not fall down easily. It has adjustable clasps on the inside to keep it from slipping. It has sequins on the top half, and a puffy skirt on the bottom. There is a band of fabric to separate the top and bottom along with a zipper in the back. The bust is 28" but adjustable, the waist is 26," and the length is 15." It's very cute and easy to dance in!
