Suede is in excellent condition.No tears, worn areas or holes Top edge of pockets show soil which I believe could be removed with a suede brush. Skirt needs to be cleaned to look new. carolinagirl314 @byruegas_10 Hips may be closer to 39.5" The fine quality suede is soft and pliable but durable. Not hard, stiff or cracked. Not made from thick hide.

carolinagirl314 @byruegas_10 Good morning, No there is not any stretch in the waist. I do have 2 other skirts listed that are the same color. One is wool the other is a fabric that can be worn year round.Both have a little larger waist.
