Beautiful Dress

This beautiful dress is one of my favorite color combinations!! I think navy blue and white go so well together! This dress has a underlayer to make the dress a little bit more poofy (dont worry its soft). Also the dress itself is very soft as well!! It can count as casual or formal and can be worn for plenty different occasions! This dress was worn for a wedding once and them put away. This item is in perfect condition!
