Beautiful Dress BNWT

Never wore! Bought it in NYC at a boutique & didn't try it on. It has cut out arms & shoulders with Rhinestone straps this dress is full of surprises it Also has an interesting hemline on the right side at the hem line a piece of fabric comes to a point Beautiful garment I wish it fit😕
