Beautiful Embroidered Swim Cover / Dress

Cotton Collection embroidered cotton tunic / dress I think it would make a fantastic swim cover. This was made in Sri Lanka and does not nave a size or care tag. Approximate Measurements while lying flat: Width: 18 1/2" (pit to pit) Hip: 20" Length 33" (shoulder to bottom hem) *As garment does not have standard American size tag--please measure something in you closet to compare to measurements given I'm 5'2" and average build and I wear a woman's Medium. Length falls 2" above my knee
