Beautiful Emerald Green Formal, Prom dress

I have a really gorgeous Emerald Green gown that my daughter wore for her 8th grade Formal for 3 hrs max.It has been hanging up in my closet every since. I paid 300.00 for it so I'm asking 170.00 since there is a small tear on the first layer of lace at the end of the dress towards the side. I accidentally got a coat hanger stuck in the lace and it ripped a little bit. It's not noticable since there is 3 layers of lace on this dress. I have uploaded pics of the small hole and even through every lace so you can tell it ain't noticable.
