missmylucy777 @andreamartin842 hi, yes this is just for the fitted sheet king size, its a great sheet and retails at $169 on amazon, i discounted it a bit on here, the pillowcases are $46 ea and i have a fkat sheet but its not king size and that is $86 its about a full bed size, your to lie on it naked for best absorbtion and so you dont really need the top sheet, its a nice super thick sheet,

missmylucy777 @t_langston hi, I dont have a mat no, you can prob,find it on amazon, i have fitted king sz,sheet, and king sz,pillowcases, and a flat sheet but its not king size,just like a full sz flat sheet, thats $55. Thanks, the cotton is super thick.

missmylucy777 @rachelloayza hi Rachell, yes it comes with the cord and all,you dont distinctly feel the difference but it helps with sleep and restlessness, and def.helps autism, weve been using earthing for several years now, my husband beleives it helps him sleep better.
