Lovely floral dress with crossing back straps. Lovely for summer, but also works well for wintertime with a sweater/cardigan. White/red floral on periwinkle background. Elastic on back that adds some stretch. No brand tag, but size L PTP is 20” Length from shoulder to hem is 49”
