Beautiful Floral Skirt

Purchase from PM but it's not me. Beautiful skirt and in perfect condition. Has silky shorts underneath. The tag says L/XL. Has an elastic waist band and fully stretched its 18in across. It's 14 1/2 in long from top of waist band to bottom of skirt. Also has a belt loop on each side of you wanted to add a belt. Please no lowball offers on this item, would like to make as much of my money back as possible. 😘
