Beautiful Flowy dress with neck tie

Beautiful dress! Great soft material and great flow. Cute neck tie design with back cut out. Zipper on the side. Inside lining attached. Measurements in pics (zoom in). Brand is not ZARA (I’m not sure what it is), but that’s what came to mind. Setting as Z for exposure. Excellent condition but the back stitches are a bit loose (last two photos) - barely noticeable and can be easily fixed with a few stitches :) Proceeds are being donated, so this item is open for negotiation.
