Beautiful Free People Dress - with pockets and ruffles.

Like new!! Waist has drawstring. A little longer in back! Adorable dress with pockets! Says XS but is more like a large! Free People usually run big and this definitely does! Please not it is not XS!!!! The waist does tighten some but it would be way too big for someone small!! 34” long in back. 32” length in front waist - 25” across without pulling belt.
