Beautiful French, appears to be vintage dress from French designer Nina Ricci

A comfy fall/winter weather dress. French size 38- US size small to medium. Shoulders are puffed with shoulder pads. Skirt has inner lining. As you can see from the photo, top black round button at the neck is missing- however, I never buttoned at neck for style and comfort. Made in France. Please feel free to ask any questions.
