Beautiful GUESS Electric Blue Daisy Mini Dress M

GUESS brand NWT 3/4 sleeve mini dress with open bow back and scoop neck front. Double stitched and lined with black lycra fabric for a perfect fit! The tag says "Electric Blue Daisy Bow Back " and the color is called Blue Radiance. It is marked as a Medium but I tried it on in the store and I'm a small. It is New with tags and I never had a chance to wear it! Great party dress, it doesn't ride up, or holiday dress! Beautiful and very well made. Bought it at the Better Dresses dept.
