Beautiful gathered orange scarf with fringe New, with tags attached; however, there are a few small picks in the material. I believe the loose threads could either be tied off or cut without risk of unraveling; see closeup photo for more details Purchased directly from the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, VA a couple of years ago Material is about 23" wide when stretched out fully, but is sewn in a way that it naturally sits around 13". Approximately 73" long
