Beautiful Glass & Metal Handmade Necklace

The pendant is a hand blown glass pendant with gold strands scattered throughout and a pretty blue center. It sparkles in the sun. I can't take credit for the pendant. I purchased it on Etsy by an artisan who creates these lovely pieces of art. It measures 1" in diameter and 2" from top to bottom. I added the little blue beads to accentuate the blue center of the pendant. These beads do not appear anywhere else on the necklace. The larger red beads are lamp work beads. Little gold spacers were added to match the gold on the other beads, toggle and crimp cover beads. 7 layer gold jewelry wire was used to string the necklace. I've never created a red necklace before and I'm really pleased at how this turned out. Red is the color of love and the gold just makes this piece of jewelry look elegant. As with all of my jewelry it has never been worn. I create the pieces and place them in a drawstring pouch and keep them in a container. They are in a smoke-free, cat-free home. Thank you for looking.
