bagelrachel @bonniekuhn53 I am reposhing from someone because it didn't fit me so I can't say 100%, but I don't think so. On me it is the same length as other hill house home dresses I've tried - longer than midi length bc I typically need petite sizes. I think the pic is just because of the angle. I can take a measurement of the length if you want.

bagelrachel @bonniekuhn53 There is definitely some give due to the smocking, however I will say the S in this style fits more like the XS of the Ophelia dress from the same brand, if you happen to have ever tried that (that's the other dress style from this brand I've tried before). It fits me pretty perfectly in the body and I typically wear a XS or S, I'm just short and don't have time to get it hemmed before the event I wanted to wear it to.
