Purchased at a studio boutique in the artist enclave of San Miguel de Allende. This gorgeous, full skirt with elastic band is hand painted and signed by a local Mexican artist. Excellent condition, 100% cotton, size Small however, fits S/M. Beautiful colors and stitching. Truly a wearable work of art. Midi length. Machine wash gentle, like colors, cold water setting.
