Asian Cultural Dress. Mandarin style collar. Ankle length or 50” long. Long sleeves. Semi sheer blue fabric with black glittery floral design overlay detail. Slits 3/4 way up both side seams. Snaps on one side of chest for the closure. Extra fabric at interior side seam to be altered to fit a little bigger. Gorgeous, and handmade. Fits like a XS/S.
