Beautiful Handmade Cotton Brilliantly Colored Girls Sun Dress Size Large

This piece is one of a kind handmade and completely unique just like the girl that wears it! Super soft Cotton construction. The “upper” blue ruched portion of the dress measures about 6” in length. The length of the “skirt” part from the bottom of the blue ruched part to the hemline of the skirt measures about 18.5”. The dress has absolutely no rips, stains, tears or signs of wear.
