Beautiful Handmade Layered Vintage Skirt I believe this skirt is 100% cotton. Great shape, no stains or tears. It does not have a label or any other information attached to it. It has an elastic waistband. It's navy blue w/ thin red ribbing atop each layer of cotton lace. The lace is thick cotton that adds to the volume of this skirt. It is very unique and very lovely.
