Beautiful Handmade Saree Blouse/Top. Red w/ Gold Sequins & Embroidering

This Unique Saree Blouse/Top is Beautiful. I'm assuming is handmade since there are no tags or markings of any kind. Its a vibrant Red with Gold Sequins & Embroidering. The sleeves are Sheer but the rest on the blouse is not. There are a few threads that have become detached due to age and wear. I tried to picture them above as best as i could. I also pictured the deodorant stains on the inside. I'm sure they could be cleaned I just don't know how and didn't want to mess up the fabric.
