This is a dress that looks like a blouse and skirt set. It comes with a matching belt that has a genuine mother-of-pearl buckle. It has a hidden pocket in the skirt side seam and ten mother of pearl buttons down the back. The blouse part is a blue fan print on an eggshell background and the skirt part is a very fine blue pinstripe. It has hand and machine made details.
