Gorgeous sequined blue and teal green hand painted batik tube dress cover up. Photos don’t do justice. Hard to capture the sequins, I can’t find any that are missing. Sequins on front only. Ruffle cross over tier (s). Stretchy smocked tube top, neck tie with wood beads. Silky label tag Is fraying off at seam.
