Rhinestone Heart Silver-Tone Chain Necklace. Great for Valentine‘s Day - or just to wear for a glamorous look. It is a dazzling statement piece! The pendant looks like a locket, but it DOES NOT open. Based off of a similar listing, I believe the brand is Pave. I'm not 100% sure though. Similar necklaces usually sell for $30-$60! New WITHOUT tags! Pristine condition!
