Beautiful INC black dress, size small.

This is a beautiful, INC, long sleeved, black dress for a dressy occasion. I originally bought this for New Year’s Eve, and unfortunately cut off the tag, but I didn’t end up wearing it. It has never been worn and has a cinched waist and ruffles and has shimmering gold colored yellow embroidered dots on it. It is really pretty and very flattering.
