Beautiful Italian cotton summer dress. Size M/L

This is a beautiful lightweight cotton dress that I bought in Rome and never wear. It’s so pretty (I just don’t like wearing sleeveless). Its somewhat adjustable up top with an empire waist and I would guess not for a large bust. It’s an Italian 49 which is large but I’d say it’s more like a medium size 8. The fabric and color is gorgeous and perfect for casual summer outings. It’s falls mid knee on me I’m 5’7”.
