Beautiful Jacques Esterel Paris scarf with fringe

Think heavy weight Jacques Esterel Pars scarf. Two sides can be worn as blue or red. Two small spots on the red side shown in pictures. It is thick and feels like wool but there is no tag saying that it is, that’s is just my assumption.
