Beautiful Jessica Simpson Cream Dress - Size 10

I love this dress but need to reposh it because it was too small for me. I love the multiple tiers with cutout designs. The front is pleated at the top and the back has a keyhole with button closure. The tags are still on and I never wore it. I bought it to wear to a wedding but that didn't happen. Great for a spring/summer event. It's a creamy color with a hint of pink. Measurements are in the last photo. Please note: the interior tag says to remove belt before washing - there was not a belt with this dress.
