Beautiful Jeweled and Fluffy Dress

This dress was a perfect sweet 16 dress. Only wore that night and for photos. It has jewels sewed around the waist and a mesh on the chest and back area to appear like skin. There are beautiful blue flowers on the shoulders and chest area to add decor. The skirt has a plastic wire fed through to add the fluff at the bottom of the dress. There is also padding for the boobs. There is a zipper on the side of the dress. There are one or two missing jewels and some of the wire is coming out (photos).
