What is the fabric?

@love4313 Hi..its 100% polyester..and fully lined in polyester as well The fabric itself is sort of chiffon-like and has a bit of a self-texture that is very pretty, but it is totally opaque. pleat detail is very pretty..sewed down panels at the top turn into pleats if that makes sense. Ill try to add a picture of the fabric…but black is hard
