This top is so pretty with all the features. It has a beautiful colorful floral appliqué, can be worn off shoulder, sleeves are approx 15" L with tie feature and slit opening on sleeves. The hem is not straight across but has a side dip(not sure how to describe it. Made of rayon blend. Approx 23"L. Has plastic straps for easy hanging on hanger.
