Beautiful Light strappy maxi dress NWT

NWT- love this dress and it will be difficult to let go but it never quite fit me right and it’s time for someone else to take advantage of this well made maxi. Dress is lined to knee with the bottom being slightly sheer. Adorable straps with beautiful heart neckline. The back straps are very cute too. Dress is very flattering. Chest is too tight on me (I am a 38/E) and comes just to my ankle and I am 5’6. Will send exact measurements if needed.
