How long is this dress and is the waist/bust elastic and stretchy?

@emmaziebarth Thank you for your interest! The dress is 52in long. I'm 5'1 and wore wedges with it. I also added a new picture (very last one) that tells you the material. The top does not have give.

@emmaziebarth I also just added another picture that shows fraying of the stitching on the inside. It has not ripped through and through. You cannot even see the flaw when you are wearing it. All of my prices are negotiable. 😊
