Beautiful Mexican Embroidered Top w/ Multicolored Turtles at Neckline

This is a beautiful cotton top with colorful embroidered turtles around the neckline. I am unsure if it is an XS or XXS, so I've measured the underarm inseam which is 18" across & from top of neckline to bottom hem is 24" This is 100% cotton, so it must be washed in cold water to avoid shrinkage. Would look great w/ colorful shorts!!
