Beautiful Multi-Blue Cocktail Dress

I love this dress! I've only gotten to wear it maybe 4 times, but it is so pretty! Could be both a business dress and a party dress. The back has a deep slit, but it only opens slightly. Neck has two buttons securing it, as well as a hidden zipper down the back. Pattern reminds me of the ocean
