Beautiful summer dress! I bought it at a thrift store a few years ago and never wore it! The chain comes with the dress but can be taken out. Straws are adjustable. Made in India. For reference, my size is waist 28”, hips 33”, bust 34”, thigh 23”, inseam 31”, height 5’8”
